- All rental agreements start on the first of each month
and on a month to month basis. - Prior to occupancy, dealers shall pay the first month's rent
plus a security deposit equal to one month's rent. - Rental areas include booths ranging in size from approximately
8 x 10 ft. to 8 x 4.5 ft. and cases ranging from 4 x 6 ft to 4 x 4 ft with many sizes in between.
